The jacuzzi
Warm water at 37–39°C with air jets directed at the back, shoulders and legs. Ideal after a long day of standing or driving.

Warm water with directed jets and a dry sauna — the fastest way to dissolve a week's fatigue in half an hour.
Hydrotherapy is one of the oldest and simplest forms of recovery. Warm water reduces the load on your joints, directed jets act as a continuous gentle massage across the back and legs, and sauna heat pushes the body to sweat and stimulates circulation.
At Sheikh Zayed Massage you can book a jacuzzi or sauna session on its own, or include it in a package with massage or a Moroccan bath, sequenced so each service builds on the one before it.
Individually or alternating — and alternating is what we recommend first time.

Warm water at 37–39°C with air jets directed at the back, shoulders and legs. Ideal after a long day of standing or driving.

Dry heat between 70 and 90°C that stimulates sweating and helps the body clear waste, with a deep sense of warmth and calm.

Sauna, then jacuzzi, then rest — repeated twice. Switching between dry heat and warm water delivers a freshness neither achieves alone.
A simple sequence our therapists walk you through on your first visit.
A short rinse before entering cleans the body and prepares it for the temperature change.
8 to 12 minutes in the dry sauna to raise body temperature gradually.
15 to 20 minutes in warm water with the jets aimed at your tightest areas.
10 minutes of rest with water or herbal tea before leaving the area.
Jacuzzi water is the one place where no shortcut is acceptable, so we follow a clear written protocol:
Sessions run on scheduled slots to avoid crowding and preserve a calm, comfortable atmosphere.

Safety notes and best-use tips in short form.
A jacuzzi is a warm-water tub (around 37–39°C) with air jets that massage the body hydraulically and relax the muscles. A sauna is a dry, high-heat room (70–90°C) that promotes sweating and stimulates circulation. Alternating between the two gives the best result.
15 to 20 minutes is plenty. Sitting longer can cause dehydration or dizziness, so we suggest stepping out, resting briefly and returning if you wish.
Yes. The water runs through continuous filtration with controlled chemical treatment, plus regular testing of sanitiser levels and a fixed full-change schedule. The tub is cleaned and sanitised between sessions.
Most healthy adults can use it safely for a short period. We do advise pregnant guests and anyone with heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure or vertigo to consult their doctor first and let us know when booking.
Yes, and this order works best: 20 minutes of jacuzzi or sauna first to warm and loosen the muscles, then the massage straight afterwards. Our packages include this combination ready-sequenced.
